o Implementing Company HSE policies and procedures in the site.
o Comply with QCS Regulation at site.
o Carry out weekly walk through with client at all part of the site
o Working with Integrated management system (IMS).
o Managing site HSE Officers.
o Monitoring and ensuring PTW system strictly adhere with all subcontractors and contractor.
o Monitoring and ensuring all work sites method statement.
o Participating daily meeting with project staff when HSE Manager not in site.
o Attending weekly HSE meeting with client.
o Leading all HSE activity when HSE Managers not in site.
o Verifying subcontractors JSA and ensuring all JSA clearly briefed with employees.
o Ensuring that all HSE Activities are closely coordinated with the Project Superintendent.
o Preparing daily HSE Inspection report and distributing to liable person for corrective action

o Overall monitoring of HSE activities in all plant or site.
o Reviewing and updating Company HSE policy and implementing the same.
o Patrolling regularly overall site and finding out what unsafe act and condition going on site and reporting to it concern and following the action have been executed on timely base.
o Preparing and investigating accidents, incidents, Near Miss & illness cases & reporting to Engineering & Executive manager and analyzing their causes and effects and recommending remedial steps to prevent their reoccurrence.
o Participating on HSE committee meeting on monthly base.
o Conducting weekly and monthly firefighting equipment’s preventive maintenance.
o Conducting safety induction to new hired employees and visitors and maintain records.
o Conducting all type of HSE education in by theory to the plant workforce and keeping record.
o Conducting practical HSE training to selected workforce as per their work base.
o Preparing HSE training documents and power point presentation.
o Preparing project safety statistics reports (Monthly & yearly).
o Conducting basic firefighting training to all employees.
o Monitoring and ensuring that smooth supply of personal protective equipment from the store to the site personal.
o Ensuring that HSE violations by individuals and sub cont. are properly dealt with, as per the project HSE policy.
o Conducting mock drill, participating in safety committee meetings.
o Assisting plant executive manager during site safety audit by external and third party agencies and Co-coordinating with package managers/ sub-contractors in HSE matters for the handing over of buildings.
o Issuing, monitoring and following up of various work permits (permits to work, Electrical work, hot work, and cold work and confined space work.
o Ensuring the storage & handling of chemicals are done as per COSHH.
o Preparing all HSE related documents.
o Conducting Safety Briefing to the fit-out Contractors Monitor the fit-out area and impose penalty for violations.
o Demanding all HSE related PPE and fire safety protection equipment’s on purchasing departments.
o Coordinating with fire protection installation contractor when required.
o To coordinating with site clinic and following up medical/ hospital cases.
