Managing and directing the operation in following functions
• Warehousing (Raw Material, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods & MRO).

• Reporting to the Director of Global Stores managing four direct reports plus indirect and logistics teams.
• Pro-actively lead, plan, direct and manage all inbound & outbound function activities.
• Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with stakeholders.
• Supervise Port Operations loading & unloading materials
• Managing MRO warehouses operations and that includes but not limited inventory management, transportation management, 2 PL service provider and personals while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Responsible for setting department’s KPI’s and to achieve supply chain goals and improvements to ensure the ongoing success of the business and alignment with global business strategies and objectives.
• Handling 24 warehouses for materials from 1, 500m2 upwards plus MROwarehouse of 1, 400m2.

Medical Stores Manager

• Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management managing four direct reports, covering a team of almost 30 staff.
• Direct and manage all logistics operation activities
• Communicated with the local Authority (SFDA) to obtain required Import Permit and Clearance for hospital shipments.
• Directly contacted with the local authority (Ministry of the Interior) to obtain required Import Permit and Clearance for Control Item shipments.
• Interacted with Saudi customs in all Ports to expedite and release hospital shipments.
• Cooperated with cargo companies and issue necessary OK-TO- FWD for hospital shipments.
• Linked with the overseas vendor to finalize any issues related hospital shipments.
• Administered the operation activities in local receiving and overseas receiving section. Contacted local vendors to finalize any issues related hospital shipment.
• Developing and implementing Oracle WMS.
• Implement barcode system and automate the processes.
• Reengineering the department policy and procedure.

• Directed the Warehouse & distribution and operation activities in Main Warehouse and other four warehouses.
