• Investigate and analyze major quality failures, and develop corrective and preventive actions in
cooperation with management.
• Identify training needs and organize training programs to ensure the achievement of quality standards.
• Document and maintain detailed inspection records. (test results, remarks, non-conformities )
• Conducting BCT (Box Compression Test)
