• Perform detailed technical reviews on Manufacturing Cost Estimations according to standard work and
process.
• Clarify technical queries from suppliers and disposition RFA from vendor regarding raw material,
roughout, and ECN in daily basis.
• Determines the most cost-effective method to produce parts meeting all specifications while
documenting the process by creating a router.
• Support area planners for Estimation of Capital Budget, Investments from manufacturing and
related areas.
• Provide technical guidance and support to our customer, resolving any technical issues that raised.
• Work Closely with customer service and area planner in project activities including works
scheduling, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
• Support Product Cost Reduction Initiatives through manufacturing process planning, and design for manufacturing principles
SABIC Housing Maintenance Project:
• Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace.
• Advising employees on how to minimise or ultimately avoid risks and hazards in the workplace.
• Managing emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organising emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aiders.
• Offering general health and safety advice to all employees.
