• Project objective to evaluate the existing HVAC in PIB-32 and depending on the evaluation report outcomes, debottleneck the HVAC system to provide the desired conditions of 24֯ C and 40-60% humidity to maintain the electrical equipment in an appropriate working condition.
• Ensure that the project engineering team is informed of and strictly complies with the requirements of schedule and milestone dates.
• Ensure that a mechanism is in place to enable project and discipline engineers to identify potential contract changes and deviations to scope.
• Oversee and agree the preparation of manhours estimate for engineering activities and the Impact on the engineering schedule.
• Understand constructability issues and ensure these are reflected in the design.
• Ensure contract and material requisitions reflect the requirements of the head contract.
• Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved basis of design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
• Act as primary technical coordinator interface with client to ensure that the client’s expectation is satisfied and met.

Project: Debottleneck Tanajib Water Handling Facility
Client: Saudi Aramco - Safaniya Onshore Producing Dept

• Upgrading existing water handling facilities by providing fully support to contractor to provide one additional CPI separator and recovered oil pump.
• Responsible for multidiscipline construction activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure scope adhere with standard requirement.
• Facilitate pre-shutdown and shutdown activities to be accomplished during shutdown period.
• Proactive resolve scope issues and support contractors to acquire excellent performance.
• Understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the construction phase of the project including scope of services, conditions of contract, project execution plan, project schedule, etc.
• Organize and lead meetings with contractor to discuss issue affecting project progress.
• Reinforce continuous improvement, collect lessons learned and ensure that project management tools and procedures are implemented at all levels of projects management.


Project: Relocate Control Room at Offshore Zuluf & Marjan Platforms
Client: Saudi Aramco - Safaniya Offshore Producing Dept

• Manage and coordinate fabrication, installation and hookup platforms activities.
• Facilitate pre-shutdown and shutdown activities to be accomplished during shutdown period.
• Monitor pre-commissioning activities and raise a punch list items for close-out phase.
• Focus the relevant team members on achievement of milestones and key project objective.
• Achieve schedule performance, cost, quality and HSE requirements from award to acceptance.
• Contribute to supporting and complying with GOSP Operation policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Oversee, monitor and analyze projects performance and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues with project and recommend suitable solutions.
• Baseline schedule, slippages highlight and develop recovery/revised schedule.
• Progress measurement system, bar chart, s-curve and manpower histogram.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report and build interactive dashboard.
• Develop resource loaded P6 schedule and extract increment & cumulative percentages manhours.
• Assist the project controls team in identifying and monitoring critical paths within the schedule.
• Participate in pre-design, design, tenders technical bid evaluation and award.
• Understand scope of work, quantity, WBS structure and be familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, procurement and construction disciplines.
• Perform on-site measurement to prepare/verify claims.
• Scope management, change order management and project change request PCR.
• Tracking procurement processes and milestones dates (RFQ, TBE, PO, NMR601, NMR602, NMR603, Delivery).
• Provide cost engineer inputs of PPU-PBISR/MPU-BISR.

• Perform civil site engineering reviews and coordinate reviews with other disciplines and departments for site development packages.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Managing resources for projects.
• Recommend preventive/corrective actions and initiatives to improve governance on the projects.
• Conduct continuous audit on all projects to ensure quality procedures are implemented and recorded and prepare detailed visit reports.

Project: Dhahran Housing Expansion Projects Increment II

Client: Saudi Aramco - Dhahran Community Service Dept


• Supervise subcontractors works; steel structure, roof systems and wooden/steel doors installation.
• Coordinate with all discipline such as electrical and mechanical.
• Handling punch list activities (MCC & Pre-commissioning phase) to meet all deliverables and the close-out documents are achieved.

• Assessing concrete tests and giving reports for acceptance or rejection as per standards and codes.
• Responsible to concrete behavior, mix design and the admixtures that added in different kind of concrete.

• Initiate RFIs in Aramco QMIS System by following Aramco Engineering Standard.
• Conduct pre-test punch listing, punch list verification, closure, re-instatement.
• Ensure and adhere the inspection test plan and request for inspection as per required intervention points.
• Inspect & get approve RFIs as per drawings and specification of the project.
• Monitor the status of NCR and review the corrective & preventive action for timely closure.
• Review method statement for the execution activities.
• Applying Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard and Procedure SAES & SAEP.
