• التواصل مع الشركات والموردين والمقاولين للحصول على عروض الأسعار داخليا وخارجيا
• التنسيق والمتابعة مع لجان التحليل الفني والمالي والطبي.
• استكمال إجراءات الشراء بعد نتائج اللجان للوصول إلى مرحلة إصدار الموافقة.
• توقيع العقود وفقا للسياسات والإجراءات.
• تأهيل الموردين والبحث عن مقدمي الإغاثة داخليا و دوليا.
• تنظيم وتعديل السياسات والإجراءات.
• التواصل مع الشركات السعودية والأجنبية للحصول على أفضل الأسعار لقطاع
• العمل على تطبيق نظام الـERP System وتطبيق كافة الاجراءات المتعلقه بالنظام

• Preparation of RFP(s) and Invitation Letters against assigned projects and send by fax or e-mail.
• Coordinates / follow-up between companies and business owners (end-users) in order to receive tenders within RFP dead line.
• Receives tenders and intimate evaluation committee to participate in bid opening process.
• Process of Purchase Orders through ERP System.
• Coordinates with Finance Department to expedite payments issues and ERP related issues.
• Coordinates with Vendor Prequalification Section in order to create new vendors in ERP system.
• Prepares weekly strategic reports against on-going projects and submits to the SCM Heads.
• Prepares and submit monthly summary reports of Purchase Orders against all three entities and submits to higher level Management.
• Responsible to procure Office Supplies and Stationery Items against HQ.
• Coordinates with Infosys Team to out-come with ERP related issues.
• Weekly ERP meetings with RCBU, Infosys Team and IT-HQ dept. against on-going implementation of ERP system.
• Expedite with suppliers for outstanding delivery issues.
