- Overseeing department functions and managing employees.
- Responsible for all HR Management and development which includes recruitment and selection
policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and
development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other
HR related issues.
- Support and coach the management team people leadership matters, including business change and
transformation.
- Lead the work to regularly review the company’s talent management processes within the business
areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning.
- Develop and implement the HR strategies aligned to the business objectives.
- Updating the policies as per government regulations and Saudi Labor Law.
- Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business
results e.g. leadership/development programs.
- Working with senior managers to uncover the talent implications.
• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and
achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
• Reporting to the VP-General Manager & Deputy General Manager with regards on day to day
operations of Human Resources and Administration department.
• To facilitate as mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances.
• To deliver and report on the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from
employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.
• To manage the long service awards and ensures employees are notified of qualifying rewards
in a timely and accurate manner.
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate wok activities of subordinates and staff relating to
employment, compensation and employee relations.
- Direct staff in overall personnel administration, including appointments, promotions, transfer,
demotions, suspension, layoffs and dismissals.
- Prepare and conducts employee evaluations and raise the efficiency of the employees of employment
training courses in various areas of work.
- Formulate manpower plan of the company through capacity and current needs analysis, assessment
of sources in cooperation with all the departments.
- Creates, modifies and implements all HR relates procedures regarding staff, training, hiring,
compensation, disciplinary, payroll, time and attendance.
- Improves benefits and compensation structure of company to attract professionals and retain
existing employees.
- Coordinates with government agencies for the approval of documents, clearances, certificates of the
company.
