I work for Dubai Aluminum Company\[dubal\] as an instrument
Technician in Crane maintenance department. The main Tasks to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, attend breakdowns and up grading the Electrical and control systems. I am in direct
contact with mobile equipments such Gantry and multipurpose cranes
manufactured by ECL, Noell and NKM Noell companies.
Communication and networks Experience:
I have a great knowledge in programming and applying a modifications on the multi type of programmable logic controls such Allen Bradly
PLC05, SLC500 and control logics5000.Also I experienced working in variable model of machine control and processors eg: micro PLC,
compact logic PLC, flex logics and control logics. I have a large base in networks and communication systems between different manufactured
devices eg: Ethernet communication, Devicenet communication and configuration, DH+, Asi network and profibus network.
Electrical Knowledge:
I have a hands on motor drives\[Variable Frequency Drive \]VFD that
manufactured by ABB, Allen Bradly, danfos and SEW Euro drives.
Moreover, I worked in environment that consists of various sensors and input and output devices, contractors, relays, circuit breakers linked
together to create a huge production system.
Plant maintenance:
1. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting the breakdowns in the field, analyzing and developing PLC programs for the system.
2. Calibrating the weighers, load cells, proportioning units, level
instrument, transmitters and configuring the communication devices.
3. Modifying and developing the HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens in order to improve the plant process and plant safety.
4. Preventive maintenance in variable frequency drives, HMIs, level
sensors, firing system and anti-collision instruments.
5. Attending Plant Breakdowns and troubleshooting through PLC
program analysis.
6. Using SAP System in performing basic job requirements like redrawing
materials, entering PM & Breakdown notifications and searching for materials through the system.

RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, RS view Studio, Factory Talk
view Studio, JAVA, MatLab, Windows, Microsoft Office (Word - Excel -
Power Point), Internet, E-mail & basic computer fundamentals etc.
