• Successfully established an Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Framework across KFH Group.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment and Management:
• Collect, evaluate and maintain data for risk quantification, assessment and mitigation; review key risk indicators/metrics and assist management in the early identification and development of risk trends.
• Assist with the development of processes and procedures to support the collection of risk data, reporting and the controls to ensure high quality; support the development and application of risk assessment tools, practices, and policies.
• Manage all risks across the group, support Board Risk Committee, Board Members and Group CRO to review bank’s overall risk profile, ensure alignment with risk appetite as well as drive implementation of risk appetite.
• Accountable to drive ICAAP implementation, capital management planning, risk modeling, review and recommend risk policies to the Board Risk Committee and guide risk transformation and any initiative process.
• Work with the team to develop the data and reporting capabilities to support the development and on-going oversight of risk appetite; develop innovative solutions to support the group in understanding and applying risk appetite at all levels.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of the company’s risk profile for compliance with established risk policies and the risk appetite framework as approved by the Board of Directors.
• Research current and future events using quantitative analysis, statistical models and valuation tools and techniques, and anticipate their possible effect on the financial services industry and the stability of financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Credit & Portfolio Risk Management:
• Manage risk levels for the entire credit spectrum across multiple products consistent with program financial objectives; apply statistical techniques to real financial data and live portfolios to aid fund managers’ real-time decision making.
• Perform quarterly analysis of the bank's credit and investment portfolio exposures against prudential and internal risk appetite limits and recommend risk mitigation measures in order to facilitate protection of group’s business interests and optimum achievement of revenues.
• Conduct periodic stress-testing and measure impact of credit and investment exposures on the bank's capital and accordingly recommend changes as appropriate.
• Assist business functions in the optimization of the use of capital by providing analysis and recommendations to reduce risk weighted assets, increase return on equity and increase the risk adjusted return on capital (RAROC).
Enterprise Risk Management:
• Coordinate the development, implementation, and administration of Enterprise Risk Management policies, practices, standards and programs; conduct risk assessments to meet internal policy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement appropriate tools and measures in order to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report on enterprise risks; also recommend proper and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues.
• Render support to business units in risk management and integration of ERM processes and provide ongoing training and direction to company staff.
• Partner with leadership in the alignment and execution of the ERM framework and corporate strategy; provide key inputs to company's enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Develop daily, weekly, quarterly risk reports for senior management, management/board committees and regulators, including status updates and escalation of emerging and evolving risks, as appropriate.
• Manage the development and ongoing production of risk management reports and presentations for meetings with senior leadership and relevant risk committees.
• Help identify improvement areas in the development of risk reporting and work with relevant stakeholders to determine suitable solutions; ensure supporting documentation is maintained in compliance with internal control requirements.
