Achievements:
• Played a lead role in establishment of the UAE Central Bank’s (CB) Higher Shari’ah Authority (HSA), development of its procedures and work plan.
• Succeeded in contributing to the development and revision of different standards and regulations.
• Participated in a number of Islamic finance initiatives and projects, including the establishment of the HSA.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute cost-effective business strategies and operating plans focused on business growth.

• Set and monitor the Shari’ah compliance environment of the Islamic banking Sector in the UAE.
• Standardize the Islamic banking environment from a Shari'ah point of view and monitor the shari'ah compliance Islamic Financial sector that the Central Bank of the UAE licenses.

• Notify banks about the HSA's resolutions and facilitate their implementation and understanding.

• Managed the total interest of clients by matching bank’s financial and investment product solutions to their business and investment needs.
