Responsible for promoting, marketing, and convincing Boots products to be the best ever
- Design and develop training programs in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Focus on improving the technical and functional skills of employees
- Provide individual coaching and support to employees who need additional assistance in mastering specific skills or overcoming challenges.
- Use interactive, attractive and diverse teaching methods
- Encouraging employees to share their knowledge and experiences
- Raising sellers’ morale and motivating them to sell
- Develop a work plan within the exhibition and follow up on its correct implementation
- Organizing work inside the exhibition and distributing tasks to all employees of the exhibition.
- Supervising the entire exhibition facilities and ensuring their efficient operation.
- Follow up with various parties internally and externally to resolve any problems.
- Training sales officials on their selling abilities on a regular and continuous basis.
- Follow up and monitor the development of quality systems and standards and prepare technical reports on the quality of exhibits.
- Follow up on the reorganization of the exhibition on a daily basis.
- Verifying the prices of goods and reviewing their price changes.
- Follow up on merchandise inventory.
- Follow up and monitor offers and ensure they are activated and stopped.
- Assist the exhibition manager with exhibition requirements.
- Supervising cash deposit operations.
- Follow up on customer complaints and requests.
- Monitoring malfunctions in the showroom and warehouse in general.
Receiving materials arriving at the warehouse, matching their quantities and specifications, storing them, disbursing orders received from the competent authorities, preparing the order and shipping it.
Responsible for creatively defining, designing and implementing a visual merchandising strategy and creating attractive visual displays that impact customers within the store
