Technical & consultation supervision of engineering/constructions of Electrical- ELV systems as well as Main Contractor MEP Project Coordinator, systems integrated with Electrical/ELV works in a senior capacity as part of Megaprojects.

• As the ELV/ICT Manager/Sr. MEP Coordinator. at China State Construction Engineering Corporation in Kuwait, my responsibilities include overseeing the installation of electrical and low voltage systems in construction projects. This involves coordinating with other Main Contractor engineering disciplines, Specialized subcontractors’ and with PMC/ Supervision Consultants and the client.
• Managed a process re-engineering project to improve and consolidate end-to-end design review processes; restructured communication flow among all project departments, achieved through several phases. Firstly, we coordinated design reviews, followed by coordination with local authorities using design drawings. We also coordinated composite shop drawings for construction and temporary installations, ensuring they were coordinated with permanent installations.
• We established a construction process and sequence, confirming that all MEP systems were superimposed and coordinated on the composite shop drawings, as well as submitting required plans and sections.
