• Assist to write and implement several new policies and procedures to effectively drive standards across the business area.

• Continuously reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of each management committee and providing recommendations on whether they are achieving their mandated responsibilities and are still relevant or have become redundant and should be dissolved
As an IRCA certified Lead Auditor I am assisting the organization to establish, develop and implement a good Quality Management System to be an ISO 9001:2008 certified.
Develop smooth work flow by improving and developing a good process and clear procedures to guarantee accurate, effective and efficient work. Audit and monitor activities for compliance with project requirements and procedures, to identify quality problems, to contribute to problem resolution, and to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions. Responsible for quality project support as well as for providing an independent overview of project activities.
Develop extensive working relationships with customers, both external and internal, in order to maximize opportunities for the company and ensure customer needs are addressed
Responsible for maintaining records relating to testing data, and applying statistical quality control procedures
