- Assisting in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Department (PED).
- Attends the weekly progress meetings and assist in preparation of minutes of meetings.
- Co-lead in procurement & logistics lifecycle for the projects.
- In charge of document controller.
- Develop the project progress dashboards using PowerBi, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
- Analyze designs to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project stakeholders to
provide assistance and support.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that they meet deadlines and specifications while
keeping within budget limits.
- Implement all Contractor's invoices via SAP and follow up with Finance Department to insure on-time
receive.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and
report regularly on project status.
- Implement the Purchase Request using SAP system and follow up with Purchasing Department.
- Recommend changes to improve efficiency or safety.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, facilities, and grounds, including taking
- inventory of supplies and ordering replacements as needed.
- Conduct inspections and make notes of defects in machinery or equipment to determine what repairs are needed or what maintenance procedures should be followed to keep the equipment in good working condition.
- Install new equipment or update existing equipment to comply with current industry standards or regulations.
- Install, repair, and replace mechanical equipment in the factory, such as air conditioning systems,
boilers, fire alarms, and plumbing.
- Collect & Analyze technical data for the plastering machines.
- Coordinates Materials and Assists in the logistics, and materials receipt at project site.
- Co-lead in procurement & logistics lifecycle for the projects.
- Develop, retain, and communicate expert knowledge of company products and their operation
- Travel to the field to improve communications with customers and dealer product support personnel,
gather information, resolve problems, accommodate short-term manpower shortages, provide
training for customers and field personnel
