• Auditing the technical part of company applying the methodology rolled out by the company complemented by the audit management tool (TeamMate).
• Identify & detect the major control weaknesses along with the fraud detection, revenue leakage identification and cost saving.
• Accommodating the ad-hoc tasks from the Chief Internal Auditor and the lead auditors ensuring all of the personal and team goals are achieved.
• Ensure all of the documentation required per each audit and follow-up is taking place based on the standards and formats agreed internally within the company including the planning papers, well developed risk assessment, and well developed audit program, detailed work paper, and proper use of sampling techniques.
• Helped in operational audits where many issues and revenue leakage were detected and reported to management even though that was not specialized area.
• Managing and leading client projects and ensuring the proper implementation processes are followed.
• Preparation of BoQ for the client projects requested and ensures the submission on time.
• Planning, budgeting and executing client projects through managing the project team and ensures the project delivery on time.
• Managing the project team and ensure the targeted performance is on track as per the project plans.
"2G & 3G project follow up from RND department and insure the continuity of the project and solve the problems and challenges faced during the project with the vendor externally and the Implementation department internally.
"Acting as section head during the absence of 2G planning section head.
"Team Leading and coaching the juniors in the department.
"Single Point of Contact (SPoC) from RND department with the other departments in the company for anything related to the 2G and 3G project.

"Process creation & initiation for the rollout process related to Radio Planning Department & the general process the department involved in.
"Managing and responsibility of TRA requirements within the department in respect to the Radio Planning Department responsibilities.
"Preparing TRA response letters which reply to TRAs queries requested previously.
"Checking and verifying the BOQ from the vendor and insure that it is matching the requested requirements as per the nominal plans.
"Raising PRs and follow-up until getting the required approvals from the concerned parties.
"Tracking & checking vendor technical site survey reports for the modernization project and insure its matching what was requested for every site in the BOQ.
"Focal point with the Business team in Nawras answering the customer coverage queries, solution proposed & the cost of each solution.
"Arranging survey schedules and coordinating with the teams needed to be attending.
"Design 2G, 3G, WiMAX & LTE sites to serve Nawras customers & taking care of the capacity management to maintain the KPI's and avoid degradation in the network.
"Preparing the AOP requirements and generates coverage predictions of Nawras network.
- Planning 2G and 3G sites for the customer (Nawras) and perform the rollout process for the sites by doing the technical site survey and provide the technical information about the sites to the customer.
- Database management and updates in order to give the accurate information regarding the planned sites to the customer and the design aspects of each site.
Worked as project manager in Green Corner establishment and my role was:
· Initiate the full plan for the constructions project and arrange the structural plans
along with the consultants.
· Insure the budget & resources are available to start the project.
· Create the full plan for the project through the MS project.
· Manage the project materials and tools required to insure the project performing on
plan.
· Report the limitations facing the project to the GM and insure the proper escalation
is done.
I finished my Masters with a grade of ; Pass with Merit.
it is the PMP (Project Management Proffisional) exam preparation course which describes clearly the project management chapters & experiencing the proper project management.
I have graduated from Caledonian college of Engineering with the major of BSc in Telecommunications Engineering. During my studies I have involved my self into many social activities within the college such as: • I was a member in the Social Services Group in Caledonian College of Engineering. • I have Organized the charity fair 2006 in Caledonian college of engineering. • As a senior student, I helped to succeed the charity fair 2007.
