My objective in this role is to modernize and professionalize the
procurement and supply chain function across the group in order to
sustainably optimize the value created by the function.
This objective requires the establishment of common procurement
identity for all of the group business unit purchasing functions. This
identity to be built on the foundation of effective governance
model and supported by aligning the BU's to a common way-of working
encompassing procurement concepts

Periodically evaluates the performance of department employees 17. Searching of new sources for raw materials and consumable items 18. Preparing Materials Division monthly and yearly performance reports 19. Prepare departmental budget 20. Handling petty cash for urgent local purchase. 21. Executing any job assigned by CEO

Most relevant works: A total of 11 contracts with a construction budget of approximately 625.33 million dollars consisting in the review of the design and construction supervision of several steel concrete tanks, pumping stations and transmission lines. The main quantities are listed below:
-1, 280, 000 m3 in tanks (600, 000 m3 steel tanks - 680, 000 m3 concrete tanks).
- 4 pumping stations with a total pumping capacity of 1, 010, 000 m3/day.
- 390 km of transmission pipelines (221 km of Ductile Iron in diameters from 300 to 1200 mm - 169 km of Carbon Steel in diameters 1400 to 2400 mm).
