Consolidate commodities for purchase requisitions generated by user organizations into RFP and RFQ
packages for competitive solicitations.
· Acquire vendor bids and adequate documentation for procurement requiring a sole/single source of
supply.
· Prepare solicitation documentation in compliance with the FAR and United States Government
procurement regulations.
· Prepare and execute formal bid analysis packages which detail a basis for adequate price competition.
· Submit bid analysis packages with solicited vendor quotations and award recommendations for final
award authorization by the Branch Manager and Division Manager, if required.
· Process and monitor major subcontracts for the Saudi Arabia National Guard Program under United
States Government contract.
· Prepare and issue purchase order/subcontract documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
· Administer purchase order/subcontracts through final close-out in accordance with regulatory
requirements.
· Successfully complete Weekly Activity Reports for final review by the Branch Manager and Division
Manager.
· Successfully perform Ad hoc procurement requests by the Branch Manager.
· Train current and newly assigned personnel.
