With 7 years' experience in ERP applications (General ledger, Hyperion and Enterprise Assets Management, Production Planning) in different projects and cross industries (Telecommunication, utilities, Manufacturing ).

This is some of the project i worked for in Accenture:

 Human Resources Development Fund In Saudi (National Labor gateway)
 Develop and manage the financial forecast vs Actual matrix
 Manage the project resource plan
 Setup and Develop the planning deliverables
 Setup and Report the Risk and issue matrix
 Conduct the weekly status meeting with the client
 Conducted a number of analysis workshops with the client to gather requirement
 Develop business process flow for some of HRDF programs
 Develop designs and wireframes for system pages
 Appointed as the focal point from the functional stream to participate in the UAT
 Supported the training team in providing training the trainer session from functional prospective
 Appointed as the focal point from the functional stream to participate in the Post go-live support
 Sadara In Saudi/USA:
 Lead the change management activities for Produce Product
 Assist in Stakeholder Analysis and understand the impacts on stakeholder groups
 Understand business processes and how they are supported by various systems.
 Act as a liaison between system developers/business process teams and training developers to ensure training developers have the information they need to develop business process training
 Work closely with assigned technical teams to fully understand system/software development
 National Water Company In Saudi:
 On Oracle HR Team:
o Preform training for +200 users on the Oracle HR Self Service.
 On Change Management Team:
o Developing Application Simulation Material for Oracle eAM using the Oracle User Productivity Kit.
 On Oracle Enterprise Assets Management (eAM) Team:
o Worked on the integration between eAM and (CCB, GIS, Oracle Inventory, Oracle HR and MDW)
o Work on the configuration of the eAM Application
o Preform the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
o Preform an end user training
o Post go-live Support for both cities Riyadh And Jeddah.
o Worked and execute number of change requests to modify the configuration of the eAM.
o Build some queries to be used for reporting.

Increase the level of compliance by creating IT policy at the group level.
• Increasing the level of competence by performing a root cause analysis for Visibility ERP system at RFD Ltd. (Birkenhead Site)

Responsibilities:
• Oracle Health checks project (enabling the budgetary control) .
• Solving the requests initiated in the ECR system.
• Working as a support for GL (budgetary control).
• Working in oracle application upgrade from (11.5.9 to 11.5.10)
• Working as a support for Hyperion system.
• Upgrading the Hyperion production & development server (from system 7 to 9).
• Working in enabling the web base data entry for Hyperion.
• Creating the link between oracle GL and Hyperion Essbase.
• Flowing up the backup process for the Hyperion.
