Presently my role involves, proactively communicating with organizational representatives for their IT related issues and act as a single point of contact for IT implementation, maintenance and support. My Role also includes planning, budgeting, operations and controls in line with company’s mission and objectives. Working closely with the key decision makers in other functions to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
• Project Management
o Implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 having modules Finance, PS, MM, SD, PP across YOCOGAWA INDIA LTD.
o Development of Quality module and implementation.
o Development and implementation of E-Service module which caters to Customer Service department end to end.
• Infrastructure management.
o Managing the business requirement for Hardware (Servers, Storage Systems, Backup Solutions, PCs, Printers, …)
o Network & Communication equipment
o Managing multi-location IT infrastructure. Established Communication Links (VPN, Leased Line) to connect Head office, Regional offices Global Affiliates and warehouse.
o Desktop Apps and Operating system (Email System, MS Office & O365, ….)
o Managing a team of people consisting of system engineers, DBA, System administrators and technicians
o SLA definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting
Project Management (Microsoft Dynamics 2009)
Implementing Microsoft Dynamics having modules Finance, Trade and logistics, Production, HR &Payroll across the organization.
Plans and manages the project on a day-to-day basis.
Monitors and provides day-to-day control of project process, progress.
Co-ordinate central IT resources and activities including Implementation Consultants, Support and Integration.
Oversee the project plan to manage the Project within stipulated timeframes and Budget.
Approval and signoff of deliverables.

1. Implemented SAP IS - Retail as a Backend and SAP POS(Customised screens) as front end.
2. Implemented Successfully SAP POS Software across 200 own shops and SAP at 30 Branches.

4. Implemented SAP IS -Retail in Plugin Sales India Ltd.
5. Implemented Tally 9.0 ERP System at franchises show rooms with synchronization at the end of the day.
