Mechanical Engineer in supervision department. handle work related to mechanical systems, beside running project management for projects.
Main responsibilities fall under three systems:
Engineer in charge of Mechanical Systems, including but not limited to
HVAC, chillers, water treatment, sewer treatment, firefighting, and
plumbing.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas, which used to fuel hot water tube boilers, and
kitchens appliances for colleges, as well as housing compound appliances.
Medical Gas Plants, used in colleges for student’s simulation of real life,
as well as powering up medical equipment used in both colleges and
research centre.
Non-Medical or refer to as biomechanical equipment. Equipment such as
sterilizers, dryers, as well as medical freezers, and cold stores.
- Preforms other job related duties as assigned.
1. Preparing master plan for maintainable assets, for periodic maintenance, follow up
corrective maintenance and analyze root cause, to include proactive plans.
2. Analyzes and evaluates installations/equipment in existing building/facilities to
identify deficiencies and make proposals for correction, and compliance with standards.
3. Oversees operation of quality control system within the area of speciality and BMS.
4. Ensure the process of procurement necessary materials, equipment, parts, and other
related supplies to complete all tasks.
5. Supervise new projects for testing and commissioning.
Responsible for the operational and maintenance of the machines used to process
polythene to plastic sheets, bags, or wraps.
