Act as a visible supervisor HSE presence during operation onboard the installation. Act as advisor to the Rig Manager regarding conformance to Noble's HSE management system elements onboard the installation. Provide ongoing independent updates to the divisional HSE Department regarding overall condition of HSE management system effectiveness and ensure that HSE training related goals are communicated to employees assigned to the respective installation. Ensure conformance to Noble policies and procedures and all appropriate HSE management system standard.
- Responsible for the Safety of all personnel aboard the boat, including crew, company personnel, clients and visitors
- Perform d daily boat checklist and verify that ancillary HSE equipment is present and in order, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, life ring, emergency distress equipment etc .
- Ensure that all persons embarking and disembarking the boat are wearing their flotation devices, before commencing any journey
- Ensure that all crew and passengers are familiar with MOB ( Man Over Board ) procedures .
- Ensure that all rubbish produced is bagged up and returned to the accommodation vessels ( No rubbish to be thrown overboard )
- Reports any incidents, accidents, unsafe acts and near misses in a timely manner to the HSE department
- monitoring all crane operation on the vessels .
