• Project Manager of civil and construction works of Jeddah South Thermal Power Plant by (13, 000, 000, 000.00SR).
• Review Design of BD and DD.
• Design and Managing of construction roads, bridges, camps, jetties, , waste management facilities, and industrial buildings/warehouses.
• Review the Contract Specifications and Addendum of Post Bid Clarification to comply in the design and site works.
• Site visits of the project for monitoring the work as per Contract, Approved design and Specification.
• Implementing the Safety at site as per OSHA and SEC Five Star Rules.
• Reviewing the NCR of the site work and Design.
• Managing the Consultant ( Design Reviewer and Site Super Vision )

 Assist with, Monitor and approve methods and sequence planning of the project.
 Co-ordinates all site project engineering efforts.
 Monitor conduct of the work for conformance with plan, schedule, quality standards and profitable performance.
 Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.
 Supervise site staff.
 Responsible for evaluation and negotiation of proposals and disputes/claims.
 Acts as liaison between the engineering department of ABB and Contractor.
 Co-ordinates design efforts for effective field performance.
 Review Submittals for client approval.
 Uploading Drawings in Electronic files shared with all project team.
 Follow up procurement plan of materials and delivery schedule.
 Prepare inquires letters to get quotations for civil activities and evaluate it.
 Partner in the contractor’s prequalification program as SAABB quality management system to Qualify contractors for working with ABB.

Design, prepare, and plan all the required civil, site, road, water distribution systems and construction projects.
Inspects and determines existing conditions, and verifies record drawings.
Prepare and Design calculations for the review and checking of SAUDI ARAMCO Project Engineer, including the following:-
• Site runoff and related hydrologic and hydraulics calculations.
• Roadway designs and related civil design areas.
• Grading, drainage and utilities designs and calculations.
• Performing surveys; establish benchmarks and layout site perimeters, roadway alignment and profile, parking and building coordinates.
• Plan and determine all the required design elements and assist SAUDI ARAMCO Project Engineer to review all elements for compliance with code requirements.
• Prepare the development of materials take-off and cost estimates for the work as applicable with the Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepare Scope of Work and packages.
• Reviews contractor submittals, including catalog cuts, shop drawings, and manufacturer certificates for conformance to the scope of work and specifications.

Responsible for all civil projects designing and production.
Prepare technical performance specifications reports.
Analyze and Prepare reports in forecasting savings, cost discrepancies, as well as additional budgets.
Reviews plans and design and recommend solution to technical problems.
