1. Thoroughly review the SEC contract technical part with a deep understanding of the
requirements.
2. Follow up with the engineering company for the IFC design & review upon
completion of IFC at 30%, 60%, 90% & IFC stages & submit a detailed comment sheet to
the design company with our comments to be applied.
3. Take approvals from the client for the drawings at various design stages & their
conformance with the contract terms.
4. Follow up with the procurement department for the procurement of the material as
per the design & contract terms.
5. Attend the weekly, monthly & workshop meetings with the client to resolve the
conflicts if arise at the table.
6. Mobilization of the project team to the site after the approval of the IFC drawings.
7. Follow up with the vendors for the material approvals, manufacturing & delivery at
site.
8. Meeting with vendors for the material manufacturing progress.
9. Coordination with precast vendors & provide all the MEP drawings for
implementation into the precast drawings.
10. Budgeting all the E&I material for the SEC PRS Project.
11. Project schedule preparation for the SEC PRS Project.

1. Attend regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with the main Contractor and Consultant to discuss progress, key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
2. Monitor project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on-budget project execution
3. Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
4. Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records.
5. Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authority regulations.
6. Provide guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
7. Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
8. Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
9. Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
10. Provide project planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
11. Ensure project policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.

• Implement electrical works schedule & assign tasks to engineers and monitoring the site progress to complete the task within stipulated time & Cost.
• Manage the construction activities & execute the construction works in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and conditions.
• Support the construction contractors by removing impediments to progress, assisting in the development of the construction schedule, agreeing a construction sequence (path of construction), and ensuring that the contractors have the materials, engineering deliverables, tools & resources that are required for successful execution and complete delivery within the required time frame.
• Development and implement the requirements of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) .
