Planning & monitoring daily workload of technicians; training technicians / Helpers on work and Safety.
 Daily entry all maintenance activities to EPICOR System to maintain machinery records and history card, material issuance with store as per maintenance jobs.

 Maintaining the yearly inspection of third party safety certificate for the overhead Cranes and heavy vehicles (Forklift, Wheel loader and Silo truck) according to the Zone corps rules.
 Surveying the complete installations, calibration & maintenance of field instruments to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications & compliance with operational & safety standards.
 Actively detecting faults, responding to breakdowns & repairing equipment in order to reduce the breakdown time; supervising with Engineering & Technical Staff.
 Planning and executing of preventive maintenance plans and make sure everything done on time.
 Coordinate and assign the KPI targets for the Maintenance department and monitor the KPI
performance on monthly basic.

• Responsible for troubleshooting of PLC system (Siemens Simatic S7 300), inspecting and testing the operation of instruments and system to diagnose faults.
• Diligently set up and operate electronic instrumentation and related electro mechanical or electro pneumatic apparatus used for operation of mechanical or electrical equipment or drives.
