Planning & monitoring daily workload of technicians; training technicians / Helpers on work and Safety.
 Daily entry all maintenance activities to EPICOR System to maintain machinery records and history card, material issuance with store as per maintenance jobs.
 Establishing SOPs and policies for the engineering & technical work and adhering to all organizational rules & regulations to achieve organizational goals; providing necessary support for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) /Risk Assessment.
 Performing quality & time based tracking of project instrument activities such as Erection, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Loop Checking & Logic Checking on various alarm systems in accordance with company standards.
 Verifying & validating equipment layout; ensuring design in accordance with projects’ environmental conditions & applications; resolving site queries to meet execution requirements; understood technical & functional specifications.
 Reduce Risk by prepare full backup of Automation System (PLC, SCADA, VFD Parameter, Weighing Scale Parameter).
 Raising PR’S for spare parts and maintaining minimum stock to avoid long breakdowns. Orders fellow up with procurements, Delivery follow up with Suppliers for critical spare parts.
 Preparing petty cash report and submit for approvals then finance department.
 Preparing Utility Consumption report to Finance Department.
 Maintaining the yearly inspection of third party safety certificate for the overhead Cranes and heavy vehicles (Forklift, Wheel loader and Silo truck) according to the Zone corps rules.
 Surveying the complete installations, calibration & maintenance of field instruments to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications & compliance with operational & safety standards.
 Actively detecting faults, responding to breakdowns & repairing equipment in order to reduce the breakdown time; supervising with Engineering & Technical Staff.
 Planning and executing of preventive maintenance plans and make sure everything done on time.
 Coordinate and assign the KPI targets for the Maintenance department and monitor the KPI
performance on monthly basic.
 Implementing high level safety standards in the plant and ensuring safe execution of jobs as per National & International Standards on HSE.
 Retrofit and Improve Automation Systems that can help to increase productivity.
 Maintaining 37KW Screw Compressor through routine hours’ service.
 Maintaining 5 Tone ABUS crane through monthly service.

• Responsible for troubleshooting of PLC system (Siemens Simatic S7 300), inspecting and testing the operation of instruments and system to diagnose faults.
• Diligently set up and operate electronic instrumentation and related electro mechanical or electro pneumatic apparatus used for operation of mechanical or electrical equipment or drives.
• Administer and maintain safety, efficiency and effectiveness of electrical equipment.
• Design and create full back up of system (PLC programs & hardware configuration - SCADA project - HMI - Parameter of A variable speed drives - Parameter of weighing system).
