Main tasks:
1-Prepare/ Review/ Implement company action plan/ project phases.
(Infrastructure, sub-structure, Super- structure)
Roads (Arterial, Primary, local), Buildings (Cast in situ, Precast), Hangers (Pre-engineering, Hot rolled), Sewage Treatment plans (Centralized, Closed package), Water Center(Underground, Ground, Elevated tanks), Telecommunication center and lines, Pumping station, Electrical substation, Electrical underground/ overhead line, Sewage and water pipe line and house connection.
2-Preparation of Initial Cost estimate for the projects needed (Budget purpose).
3- Preparation of TOR/ RfP for Contractor and Consultant.
4- Review the design submitted by Designer.
5- Prepare Contract document (Invitation to tender, BOQ, Specs, General and Special conditions,
6- Advertizing bids in the newspapers, selling contract documents, and answering bidders questions/clarifications by sending addendums.
7- Study and review bidders prices and send the recommendation to the top management for the approval/ awarded/ commencement the works to the selected contractor and prepare the contracts to be signed.
8- Handing over the site& ordinates to the contractor/ consultant.
9- Attend Progress meeting/ management level.
10- Review the program/ cash flow/ materials and provide comments/ approval.
11-Review all deliverable/ claims submitted by consultants and contractors and provide comments and monitor their performance and take the necessary action/ Approval/ interact.
12-Audit the Invoice &Provide recommendations on releasing payments guarantee and bonds security.
13- Study, Analysis, amend and Approve the master plan (21, 000, 000 sqm) in coordination with Investment Authority & others.
14- Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports.
15- Provide the location and coordinates to the new investors based on the land use and connect them to the infrastructure.
16- Participate as Coordination Engineer with a lot of international and local third party consultant (Halcrow, Dar al Handasah, Cammilin Denny, Bearing point, …etc) to make the studies like (Site Condition, Market analysis, land& Infrastructure demand, Topography studies, Concept Master plan, Detailed master plan)
17- Secretary of the board of director for Irbid Development Corporation.
18-Acting as a Project Manager/ Client representative for the below Projects:-
- Construction of Road17&19/ Mafraq/ 5, 500, 000JD. /Running project.
- Construction of Solar Road Lighting / Mafraq/ 1, 000, 000JD. / Running project.
- Construction of infrastructure project (Water, Sewage, Storm, Electrical &Telephone network, sewage treatment plant and water center /6, 000, 000JD. /Running project.
- Construction of Underground electrical cable (33KV)/ (160, 000 meter)/9, 000, 000JD/Running.
- Construction of three Community services steel Hanger / Mafraq/ 750, 000JD. / Running project.
- Construction of Nine Investment steel Hanger / Mafraq/ 1, 000, 000JD. / Running project.
- Construction of Commercial steel Hanger / Mafraq/ 250, 000JD. / Running Project.
- Construction of security building/ Mafraq/ 350, 000JD/ Running Project.
- Construction of early intervention infrastructure project (5, 000sqm/10, 000, 000JD/Completed.

Work involved construction of ( Piles, earth works, Concrete & Steel buildings, Hangers, Retained wall, High voltage cable route, Pipe rack, Trenches, Ducts, asphalt Roads &Pavement.
Tasks:-
- Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering and construction .
- Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.
- Prepare WBS structure, and work with management and project/ team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
- Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.
- Understand contractual matter.
- Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
- Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipments and materials ) availability, production and construction sequences.
- Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report as required.
- Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
- Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
- Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
- Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
- Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives.
Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
- Participate all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructibility review meeting and so on ).
Production Engineer in sabri farah pre-cast concrete Factory.
Production of the below elements in line with Design unit :
Precast beam, Column, WT beam, solid slab, Parapet, stair, wheel stopper, Retained wall, Foundations, Prestressed slab.
