-Ensure the right capacity and capability in place to supply and deliver end products to customer.

-Ensure sales orders, inventories and supply plans are properly managed including close monitoring of excess, slow moving, aging and phase-in /phased-out.

- Highlight the upcoming risk in terms of RMPM and capacity and proactively highlight any demand forecast that in risk.

- Develop a robust 12-month supply plan to ensure appropriate level of product availability to support the sales and increase customer service level.

- Handling the supply plan for more than 500 SKUs at the business standard terms.

- Manage stock at risk and implement a liquidation plan for E&O stocks to minimize inventory cost.

- Executing and implementing the agreed standard supply planning processes, supporting the implementation of new projects and tools to ensure continuity of excellent supply plan.

- Work with Demand Planner & Customer Care to establish ‘Supply Level Agreements’ that secure supply with an appropriate balance between risk, opportunity and flexibility.

- Develop continuous improvement activities to drive planning excellence through efficiencies in capacity plan. Single point of contact to operation planning.

- Super User Activity related to future SAP roll out.

- Take the lead on overall long-Term capacity Plan for the factory & proactively set Business Terms and achieve lead time reductions.

- Pro-actively identify and report capacity & inventory risk.

- Create supply strategy and identify capability needs alignment to the business strategy and establishing the supply foundations that will enable future growth.

- Play a key role in facilitating emergent issues that impact on schedule and commitment.

- Work with functional team to find solutions and perform root cause and gap analysis.

- Establish planning control check point and processes to drive and uphold commitment
& supply integrity.

- Prepare RCCP overviews to drive S&OP meeting with business, operations and finance to determine mid to long term business & operation strategy.

- Improve supply service level through administering operational terms & criteria, supply planning efficiency & flexibility, capacity optimization and lead time reduction.

- Implement mechanism to capture exceptional orders, cost, and risk of order changes impacted to capacity and RMPM and recommend solutions.

- Strengthen MIP and supply planning rules to stabilize schedule and increase overall SC service level.

-Ensure the right S&OP output to reflect the Master Schedule (MPS) and ensure accurate demand numbers and align the MPS with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) logic.

- Manage the demand of firm to fulfill the sales demand and maximizing the production and planning efficiency for MRP sections alongside ensuring SKUs, days of supply and safety stock and safety lead time are in place for raw material.

- Validation of accuracy of demand postings, and correct application of quantity measures.

- Apply planning & forecasting techniques regarding demand and capacity requirement planning process (CRP, RCCP).

- Ensure suppliers performance are in place in terms of fill rate, delivery consistency, defects supplies (Non-conformance goods) and on time in full (OTIF).

- Review sales inputs and ensure an appropriate sales forecast is developed and consistently renewed.

- Apply planning and modelling techniques to investigate and evaluate demand scenarios and eliminate relevant constraints to ensure an appropriate basis is selected for the demand plan.

- Setup and run the S&OP process within a business.

- Anticipate and mitigate specific factors (demand drivers, supply constraints) relevant in my
category which must be carefully managed in the S&OP process.

- Provide input on the optimum stock model to support agreed demand and business plans
and avoid excess, overstock and obsolescence inventory (E&O) & emphasis on ABC
classification of inventory & emphasis on fast moving goods Vs slow moving goods.

- Assist in the development of the demand plan; determine what is required in the demand, supply, and inventory plans to support business needs.

- Ensure perfect order fulfillment cycle for customers.

- Plan the forecasting demand for each week as to align sales and operations in the
process to get best projections
- Ensure the availability of raw materials in MRP from different suppliers to meet the
demand
- Ensure accuracy in DRP of demand as well as accuracy of quantity to be delivered
- Managing the volume and the capacity of the production process to meet the accurate
demand forecasting
- Forecast the uncertainties suppliers who may not provide the raw materials to find a
new way for supplying the demand.
