Through proposals for the overall Maintenance Business plan, contribute to preparation and control of the actual budget by Process Functions in the respective area of responsibility.
Reliabilty maintence

observing and reviewing the functional stability of Electrical Equipment.
Planning of corrective action for captured major observation.
Defect Elimination related to SFDA requirement in the area.
Review past 24 hour line performance with specific teams, plan required corrective actions along with area super owner.
Review preventive maintenance plan for the day. Along with required resources in coordination with area owner.
Preparing the budget related to maintenance Equipment.

Technical review and feasibility study of tender specifications and submittal for automation parts in the project. Leading the team for diagnose and troubleshoot the hard technical issues. Representing and instructing the PLC and DCS training for hardware and software.
Daily monitoring the plant status through DCS and SCADA. Troubleshooting and support to any DCS, PLC, SCADA and Instrumentation issue.
Extraction and updating daily DCS/SCADA reports for Operation reporting.
Assisting TSD in reviewing technical queries for ongoing projects.
Inspection and witnessing the FAT, SAT and commissioning to any DCS/SCADA related task.
Conceptualizing SCADA and DCS automation design (Mimics, Alarms, Historical Data and etc.).
Creating scope of work and technical criteria for Automation projects.

Managed the installation of HMI and PLC application software development. Examined and analyzed the requirements needed in electrical installation using SIEMENS PLC. Responsible for troubleshoot and diagnose the Siemens PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) problem either Hardware or Software problem. Programming the Siemens PLC using STEP 7 and PCS 7 (Process Control System) software. Implementing and designing the Electrical drawing using Microsoft Office VISIO. Preparation and testing of SCADA screens and PLC programs. Prepare all necessary documentation for handing over including FAT/SAT procedures and O & M Manuals. Designed integration mechanics for various instrumentation systems and hardware. Troubleshoot and diagnose ProfiBus and ProfiNet network. Preparation all Document and testing required to be done during the commissioning.
