Oversee, manage and evaluate the performance of the Recruitment team and Employee
Relation team, reporting to the Human Capital - Director
* Coordinate with line managers in Hiring Departments to identify recruitment needs in
line with manpower plan
* Assess the need for contracting Recruitment Sources (if needed) for specific positions
* Ensure TBC representation in recruitments events to source candidates
* Ensure CVs from multiple sourcing channels are received and shortlist candidates
* Liaise with line manager in Hiring Department to review the shortlisted candidates and
agree on interviews
* Ensure coordination with Recruiting Panel and candidates on decisions and
communication
* Develop Manpower Plans & Budget
* Ensure the CV database is maintained and up to date
* Manage the results of the pre-employment requirements (Medical checkup, Language &
Psychometric Assessments)
* Oversee finalization of recruitment paperwork and legal/ immigration restrictions to
open file with all the employment details
* Oversee offer letters preparation, candidates follow-up, and the answering of queries
about package and other related job offer information
* Prepare employees contracts.
* Ensure all documentation related to the recruitment process is recorded and archived
(from approved manpower plans, to departmental requests, advertisement placements,
interviews conducted, acceptances and rejections of employees)
* Ensure Job Descriptions for all positions in TBC are updated to ensure well defined
accountabilities
* Ensure job openings on TBC website and other sources are up to date
* Identify Recruitment training needs and provide trainings as required
* Prepare the budget for the Human Capital Department
* Propose the Recruitment Unit‘s objectives and KPIs for endorsement by the Human
Capital - Director
