•Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selections test,
prepare reports and make recommendation to management about staff appointments.
•To recruit the most suitable candidates as per approved manpower budgets to ensure adequate manning of all departments.

• Prepare and Update SOPs for the team as per the requirements
• Provide support to the onboarding coordinators when required
• Ensure candidates joining formalities is aligned to Qatar Airways HR Policies & Procedures.
