1. Responsible for Problem identification / Solving of PLC ( Triconix, Seimens, Hima) Man-Turbo / GE Turbine, CCC controller and Woodward Over speed controller
2. Perform root cause Failure analysis, provide reports and implements corrective action
3. Analyze instrumentation and control system equipment using condition and performance monitoring and advice the Operation and maintenance regarding the condition of instrumentation and control system equipment
4. Participates in the criticality review of instrumentation and control system equipment to establish preventative maintenance job plans in SAP
5. interact with instrument and control system equipment manufactures and service company engineers and discuss the instrument and control system issues
6.interfaces with other groups and people ( Operation & Safety) within the Organization on the daily basis
7. Monitor repairs to instrumentation equipment to ensure compliance with repair standards
8. Assist Instrument Superintendent in implementation of applicable engineering standards for Operation, maintenance, proof testing and reliability of safety Instrumented System ( SIS)
9. Support Instrument Superintendent in development and implementation of Quality system procedure
10. provide full support in planing and execution of plant shutdowns extraordinary and major maintenance activities
