• Acting as delegated Section Head for various periods.
• Comprehensive review of SASREF current HR policy (150+ pages) and recommending best corrections and improvements, and developing new HR policies & procedures that will introduce new employee benefits.
• Conducting market research & benchmark by connecting with the market professional network to identify best practices before
determining the most fit practice for our organization.
• Studying current employees’ compensation to ensure employees with similar positions or skillsets within SASREF are compensated in a similar way.
• Implemented Compensation & Benefits Policies such as merit increments, bonus incentive plan & employee promotions.
HR Policies & Procedures Project Leader:
o With the support of HR management & Top Management I lead ARO’s HR Department to create aramco’s newly established joint venture’s HR policies, procedures & forms from nothing. (25+ documents containing external/internal policies & procedures)
(Examples: Leave/Vacation, Promotion, Grievance, Disciplinary, Recruitment, Expense Report, and more)
oEnsuringfullimplementationandmanagingchangeofnewpoliciesandprocedures.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
o Forming the guidelines for C&B Programs & manually calculating employees’ compensation according to the developed policy and guidelines.
o Creating C&B requirements for system development and directing IT and HRIS to ensure system development to eliminate the manual calculations of C&B programs.
o Overall experience in Savings plan, Annual Incentive Plan, merit increment, Home Leave Allowance, New Hire Benefits, Per Diem, and more.
• Two (2) ARO Drilling board meetings organizer/facilitator.
• Initiated the organization's performance management system and process + responsible of the whole annual Performance Management Process.
• Conducted employee surveys/analysis /action planning. (Examples: HR Satisfaction, Employee Engagement,
Medical Evaluation, etc...)
• Implemented proper disciplinary action according to Saudi Labor Law.
• Prepared detailed investigation reports that clearly document findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Generation of personnel reports (examples: Saudization, attendance, rig shortage and turnover).
• Workforce and offshore crew planning and crew personnel logistics of 5 different offshore rigs (400+ employees).
• Supported Accounting & Payroll Department with employees’ compensation & benefits.
