Extend courteous departures as guests leave the restaurant
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc
Implement the MAF service steps.
Be familiar with the operation of Vista system and manual system procedures.

Suggestive Selling & Up-selling:

Utilize suggestive selling and up-selling skills in all areas of the cinemas to maximize each transaction.
Cash Handling:


Adhere the MAF Cinema’s cash handling policies to ensure all guests receive the correct change and minimize under/overs for each and every shift.

· Maximizing sales and profitability by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, tidy, fully stocked and correctly priced. You also ensure your products are in perfect condition at all times.
· Being passionate about the products you sell and actively learning about their features and benefits. You then want to share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
· Actively approaching customers who you see need additional help, and advising them on the best solutions for their homes in order to sell more.
