Procurement:
• Responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement and material management process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services.
• Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop, communicate and administer procurement team performance and develop plans and appraisals.
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement related policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
• Oversee contract development and administration.

• Review the consumables budget for previous years and the actual spending. Assign new annual budget for all regions and departments.
•Cost cutting by signing contracts and agreements with a supplier or a service provider.
Vehicle & Spare Parts Ordering:
• PO creation via Oracle system for Dammam, Jeddah, and Batha ports.
• Manage Uploading and verifying the data and fixing the errors in PO’s.
• Approve PO’s to enter the vehicles in stock yards.
• Downloading vehicles and spare parts data from General Motors system OWB (Order Workbench).
Logistics & Warehousing:
• Manage the day-to-day activities.
• Handling transportation contracts and the distribution of vehicles to all regions in the Kingdom.
•Implementing The Barcoding and Zoning System in Stockyards.
• Handling Central Purchasing Department requests and orders of the group.
• Gained insight into purchasing policies and procedures, procurement practices including SAP based documentations, and familiarizing with product range, logistic and warehousing operations.
• Setting out recommendations on upgrade of stocking and warehousing facilities.
• Gaining knowledge in business development activities and trading mechanical products, finishing products and building materials.
• Supervised the warehouse and gained knowledge in warehousing. Procurement department activities and coordination.
