•Oversee company recruitment process and ensure a supply of candidates with the right capabilities to meet business needs.
•Work closely with senior and line managers to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the organization.
•Ensure legal compliance of all HR activities
•Ensure adherence to company codes of conduct and disciplinary procedures
•Manage company investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures
•Oversee new-employee orientations
•Direct employee training and development programs to bridge capacity and capability gaps within the organization
•Manage the company’s performance management system, including appraisal and bonus systems
•Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
•Design and oversee the company’s talent management and succession planning program
•Manage the implementation of company compensation and benefits policies
•Oversee implementation of company salary scales, ensuring that merit and fairness principles are considered
•Oversee the HRMS activities
•Stay up-to-date with the latest in human development and collaborate to enhance company practices in ways that improve performance
•Contribute to developing an effective culture at Balsam, upholding company values and staff morale
- Contribute in review and updating the company policy and procedures and overview it that had implement.
- Handling recruitment process (placing Ads, sorting candidates, preparing offers, interview participating, hiring and training)
- Assist in writing down the job descriptions of some positions
- Manage personnel, administration department and
supervise all their staff performance and productivity.
- Design the company personnel forms
Commerce, Gosi, Labor office, immigration affair, Municipalities, traffic affair department of Zakat and income, civil defense and other.
- Handling the management of (Telecommunications, Electricity, Assets, Vehicles, Safety, warehouse, uniforms and stationery)
- Supervision of the medical insurance policy.
- Assist in writing down the job descriptions of some positions.
- Assist in writing Policy and procedure.
- Assist in writing Origination Chart.
- Using oracle system - HR Department.
- Supervision and Support for all the location (Showrooms, Warehouses)
- Supervision of security & Safety in Head office
- Handling all the management Relation Ship
-Preparing all the employees contract
-Preparing all the management Letters
-Supervision of the medical insurance policy
-Assist in writing Policy and procedure.
-Preparing Payroll.
