Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; orienting, and training employees; recommending changes if required.
Maintain & enhance the company HR by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations
Ensures compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Policy & Procedure and Social & Labor affair requirements by state law (Kuwait Labor Law).

Maintain & enhance HR Management System (HRMS) to meet the employee information needs
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
Maintains a periodic pay plan and preparing pay budgets
Monitor monthly payroll through HRMS payment module. Oversee the complete work cycle including posting, cost distribution, general ledger (GL) voucher and uploading the payroll in to the bank account
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
Responsible for the Kuwaiti’s social security monthly payments process, company updates and related updates by authorities
Prepares & maintains HR financial reports including indemnity, social security, leave balances and other calculations for the company employees and key management on quarterly basis
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Create & Oversee:
HR global budget for the company and HR departmental budget
Annual manpower plan for the company
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Asses training needs and forecast training & development programs for employees
Annual leave plan for the employees for better control
Organizational structure for the company
Internal Committee’s structure for the company
Employee Handbook for the existing & newly appointed employees
Identifying and developing internal people with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company by developing Succession Planning
Performance evaluation process on annual basis to ensure effectiveness, compliance and communication within the organization. Analyze the performance evaluation results to implement the increment and promotion process
Having excellent knowledge about the HR tools such as Compensation planning, Employee evaluation, KPI’s, Recruitment process, job descriptions, employee termination and employee exit interview
Ensures recruitment, promotion, termination and its related calculations to be administered fairly and equitably. Participate as an active member of interview and promotion board.
Oversee and approve annual leave, sick leave and other types of leave through HRMS
Oversee training request from the departments and it’s appropriate implementation
Supervise all monthly payments to Governmental authorities/institutes and other suppliers immaculately
