Estimating and measurement of works prior to tender, producing the bill of quantities
produce tender documentation and manage the tender process
clarify and evaluate tenders; and manage the resultant contract through monthly valuations, variations control, contract administration and assessment of claims

Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
Buildup of Rates, contractual Claims & Day work
Checking Sub- Contractor’s Valuation and Preparing Payment Certificate.
Identifying Variation and negotiate with Consultant & Client.
Material Procument and Making Supplier Payment Certificate
Well experienced in Estimating, Take off quantities for High Rise Building Projects & Road Projects. The work involves checking the Structural & Architectural Quantities from the drawings for the Bidding purpose.
Study the tender drawing & specification.
