 Advice in the decision-making throughout the management of a project from initial inception to final completion.
 Estimating and measurement of works prior to tender, producing the bill of quantities
 produce tender documentation and manage the tender process
 clarify and evaluate tenders; and manage the resultant contract through monthly valuations, variations control, contract administration and assessment of claims
 Prepare Analyze costing for tenders
 Allocating work to subcontractors

JOB RESPONSIBILITY (POST CONTRACTING)
 Preparation, Presentation and submission of Valuation in Respect of work Progress at work site.
 Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
 Buildup of Rates, contractual Claims & Day work
 Checking Sub- Contractor’s Valuation and Preparing Payment Certificate.
 Identifying Variation and negotiate with Consultant & Client.
Material Procument and Making Supplier Payment Certificate

 Well experienced in Estimating, Take off quantities for High Rise Building Projects & Road Projects. The work involves checking the Structural & Architectural Quantities from the drawings for the Bidding purpose.
