Responsible for Site Supervision of Mechanical Services.
Coordinating the MEP works with design department Supervision of Sub-contractor MEP Engineers & Foreman.
Inspection and review of the work on site with respect to the latest construction drawings.
Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter, Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc.
Ensure the Hvac ducts, fittings, accessories and child water pipes, fittings accessories are available and approved by inspection department prior to installation.
Provide approved Hvac Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and inform them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
Ensure that all mechanical engineering works are being executed in accordance with the Contractor’s approval QA Procedures and that strict quality control is being implemented.
Active involvement in weekly meetings with the project management & QC and manager to resolve the site related issues.
Sketches preparation for proposed work and assists in the design and specifications of planned jobs or contracts.
Inspects work in process to insure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptable quality standards.
Witness testing and commissioning of mechanical services.
Installation of chill water pipes, ducting, firefighting and drainage piping as per the approved drawings.
Installation of Hvac works and co-ordination with consultant, architect for execution of site work and material approval.
Inspection and supervision on site as per approved shop drawing and coordinating with Supervisors to solve the problem related with design and drawing.
Prepare progress report and other related reports during all stages of constructions.
Co-ordination with suppliers to ensures correct and timely delivery of materials.
Preparing detailed bill of quantity (B.O.Q), Manpower planning etc.
Material ordering as per requirement.
Pre commissioning of AHUs and FAHUs (Flushing, Running of AHUs, Alignments of supply, return, fresh air pulley and motor, Pump room as per the design.
Supervise field installation & ensure timely installation to meet the project schedule.
Duct Leakage test, Hydro tests, Gravity tests and Inspections with the Consultant.
I have completed my graduation in Bachelors of Technology and have chosen Mechanical Engineering as my stream of interest as I am passionate about the world of Mechanical and its applications. I deployed to execute multiple projects successfully that were the part of my academic curriculum .
