My daily duties, as sales Supervisor, included:
• Lead a team of 9 persons (8 sales representatives and 1 merchandiser).
• Oversee and implement the Company’s sales operations in the assigned area (Beirut, South, Bekaa, Jabal and Dahyeh) in order to achieve the target of each brand.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of Sales Representatives and Merchandiser.
• Explain items specifications and reinforce products knowledge to sales team.
• Supervise the Hand-over between sales team, and train new staff.
• Oversee collection of sales and control levels of credit in the market.
• Control the daily work of sales team to ensure a full coverage of our clients, according to the “daily call cycle”.
• Implement Distribution plan of new items, and improve the distribution of existing products.
• Oversee the visibility of our products in the assigned points of sales in comparison with competitors, and keep our stands and shelves in excellent shape (Eye level, near the counter, POS material, price tags, …)
• Make regular market visits, in order to maintain good relationships with clients and to solve any problem with the sales or delivery team.
• Coordinate with other departments; credit, billing and warehouses.
• Report on a weekly or daily basis to the Sales Manager, about our sales team’ activities and about competitor’s activities (Launching of a new product, new prices, new stands, …)
