Implement Food Safety Management System
Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Systems functions in poultry processing plant and other facilities
Reporting to QA Manager and Divisional QA Manager
Deputy Environmental Management representative of Almarai Poultry Division
Plan, Prepare and Conduct ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001:2004 EMS Internal Audit program at Almarai Poultry Division sites such as Poultry processing Plant, Rendering Plant and Processing Maintenance, Engineering Utilities such as, Waste Water treatment plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, R.O Plant, Power plant, Air Compressors Unit, Site services, Suppliers and Contractors etc
Review Quality, Food Safety, HACCP, Environmental Management System procedures and records of Poultry Division including HACCP Plan, HARA Study, Environmental Aspect and Impact assessment, Impact mitigation Plans, Operational control matrix and Significant aspect evaluation
Complaint Management thru CRS and preparing weekly poultry reports
Identify legal and other requirements and evaluation of compliance
Identify potential environmental emergency situation and mitigation plan
Conducting mock drills such as ( chemical, oil spillage, leakage etc) to satisfy the needs for Emergency preparedness and response of Poultry division
Prepare and coordinate QSFMS and EMS Management Review meetings, reports etc
Coordinate relevant information required to obtain PME Environmental License with interested parties
Coordinate EMS Monitoring Program
Document management thru EtQ and QPulse Software
Involve in AIBI audit of Almarai Poultry Division

- Responsible ffor the Documentation, Revision and Evaluation of Quality systems (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP & 14001:2004)) of Bairaha Group
- Ensuring that products are manufactured to specifications (conformance to government standards and standards of quality) through external testing.
- Plan, organize the requirements of external testing by communicating with accredited laboratories.
- Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to food quality and food safety
- Manage and direct the internal audit program to maintain compliance with Food Safety and Quality System and regulatory requirements
- Perform Internal Quality & Food Safety Audit at Bairaha Group
- Plan and organize HACCP, Food Safety & Management Review Meetings
- Preparing for the following requirements of standard of Bairaha Group
- ISO 14001:2004
- SLS Product Certifications
- ISO 17025:2005
- OHSAS 18001
