- Accomplish marketing, sales and logistics human resource goals through normal managerial duties, such as recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and disciplining employees.
- Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and develop field sales action plans.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
-Establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Developing field sales action plans and advertising for the brand in social media, websites and exhibitions to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
- Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
- Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
- Sustains rapport with key accounts such as Ministries, Government mega projects and Investors by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
-Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
As Business Development Engineer & Sales & Marketing Specialist, I work directly with Business Development Director & Managing Director, and I've being responsible for the following :
1-Project Development
-Tracking the projects starting from an idea up to execution phase, by follows state of the art methodology to develop projects, which is “Stage Gate” basis. So far we are developing around 14 industrial project with total Capex of $ 1.8 Bn, all of them based on competitive advantage.
-Collecting & analyzing data for each project for the market analysis, based on research techniques; prepares charts, graphs & statistical Info
-List up potential Tech-Licencor/know-How.
-Preparation NDA & MoU with raw marital supplier & Tech. licencor: SABIC, SADARA, DOW, etc.
-Preparation JVA, with legal firm & review the Tech. & Eng. terms in particular
-Review PFD, P&ID, formulation, calculations that sent by Technology Provider
-Preparation Scope of work, for consulting firms
-Official representative for the company in GOVERNMENT
-Developing a business channels with the financing firms: Banks, SIDF, etc.
-Preparation Authority Matrix & Polices for the new established company
-Coordinating with the Engineering firms for ITB, Conceptual & Detailed Engineering, PMC, etc.

Presenting chemical sales, technical data and coordinate to existing and potential customer who’s using chemicals for Reverse Osmosis, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Chilled Water, Sewage Treatment, Industrial Wastewater, Filtration and Softening System.
Relocating overseas around UOP's offices at different departments in within 2 years to be a technical advisor engineer in the field and I had following assignments :
1-Strategy Marketing (Dubai, UAE)
2-Engineering Design Seminar (Doha, Qatar)
3-Aromatics R&D (Chicago, USA)
Career Development Program (CDP) is one of the best programs in CHE fields . This is a 2 years program where the engineer will be having training tasks within UOP departments and technologies in the ME, US & UK.
- Catalyst, Adsorbent & Specialties R&D: worked on developing a new recipes for zeolitic adsorbents with high performance and robust operating conditions.
- Gasoline Technical Services Department: worked on Naphtha technologies (Platforming & Isomerization). Analyzing kinetic models, performance troubleshooting, Catalysts lab reports and yield estimate.
- Gas Processing Technical Services Department: be familiarize with UOP Gas Processing Technologies.
measurement-while-drilling (MWD) services enable taking various critical measurements, along with transmitting data to the surface, while drilling. The data gained from these measurements make it possible to evaluate the formation, maximize drilling performance and help ensure precise wellbore placement. The data obtained during MWD services also enables our customers to make informed decisions that help to reduce time and costs. MWD Field Engineers work with the Sperry Drilling product service line to provide onsite supervision of the MWD processes.

-King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) is an independent scientific organization administratively reporting to the Prime Minister.
