▪ Calculating backdated adjustments of salary, allowances and deductions in accordance with legal

requirements.

▪ Proactively analysing business and financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement,

demonstrating strong analytical abilities.

▪ Developing financial models based on analysis to support organisational decision-making, highlighting
proficiency in financial forecasting.

▪ Collaborating positively with cross-functional teams, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring
accurate reporting and alignment with organisational goals.

▪ Managing cash flow effectively, optimising financial resources and contributing to overall financial health.

▪ Driving results through forward thinking problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll
