• Creation of product specifications, design review
materials, design practices, design templates, component
specifications and documenting in system record book.
• Leading discussions among cross functional teams such as
design engineers, Project management, Supply chain,
Quality, HSE, Manufacturing, Installation and
maintenance.
• Develop manufacturing process plan and assembly
strategies for light combat aircrafts.
• Perform stack up analysis for aircraft components and
perform cost estimation.
• Perform vendor development and component localization
activities to reduce the cost of the sub-system.
Design of Wind turbine tower internals and Machine head
fabrications.
• Design of Machine head and Hub transportation fixtures for
multi megawatt wind turbine.
• Significant contribution to NPI, NTI, CIP and DMP
programs.
• Generation of retrofits, development of test and
validation plans
• Development of should cost models and cost estimation
templates for gears and casings of a multi megawatt wind
turbine compact gear box
• Manufacturing support for Generator frame fabrication
• Design, assembly and fitment strategy for Nacelle winch,
Pitch drives and spinner to hub connections and shroud
assemblies
• Cross functional communication and Stake holder
management.
