Assisting the Interface Manager, Taking instructions and completing the job assigned.
• Manage and review the preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.
• Monitor the preparation of Projects Schedule to ensure the Contracts Requirements are
met
• Assisting on planning of a progress, workforce, and equipment according to the scope of
the project.
• Generate and monitor manpower Histogram, S-curve, KPIs, Cash flow through project
Dashboard to ensure fulfilment of planning requirement.
• Prepare and maintain project Dashboard including, but not limited to, cost estimation
report, schedule bar charts, and performance index that considered resource input
(Labor, Equipemnt, and Material) availability.
• Liases with all department leader and/or member to communicate the client requirement.
• Carries out daily visits to the project site to check on the execution of work and resolve
any obstacles or problems.
• Preparing the required reports and responsible for following up the schedule and
updating it with the PMT.
• Coordinating with the Government Offices for submittals and receiving of all
correspondence.
• Make a presentation to the client on the progress of the project.

Working under supervision of Saudi Aramco quality management department to deliver
and undertake quality inspection processes.
• Manage the project quality inspection and assurance activity with assigned contractor
under Aramco procedure and requirement.
• Inspected of Civil and Architectural Works, including concrete structure, steel structure,
finishing, backfill activity etc....).
• Reviewed: submitted Documents, specifications, IFC Drawings and Details specifically in civil work.
• Reviewed the submitted check list and inspection test plan.
• Monitor the material testing activity with the approved third approved agency.
• Attending the department weekly and monthly meetings and kick off the contractor quality
meeting.
• Directing the contracting quality inspection activity to be compliance with Aramco
standard and procedure.
• Supervision and follow-up the contractor’s RFI request.
Assist project management efforts with the development, maintenance, and analysis of
project schedules.
• Installation of Prestress/precast Hollow Core, T-Single &T-Double Slab
• Installation of Water proofing Membranes & Protection Boards
• Supervision of Block masonry, Finishing work, and soil work
• Directing the material test like: soil Compaction Tests
• Sub-contractor monitoring to execute all site activities as per construction & shop
drawing.
• To execute the work as per contractual agreement, specifications
• Referring International standards, specifications for construction and testing of materials
• Executing steel fabrication and formworks for all the structure elements
• Executing block work for the non-load bearing partition walls.
• Execute, submitting and taking approvals RFI’s (Request for Inspection) & RFC’s
(Request for Concrete)
• Revision and modification of shop drawings as per site requirement.
