Joined the organization as Configuration Management Lead and Requirements Management Lead for Line 3 and moved up the corporate ladder to merit promotion to the position of Risk Manager.

Key Responsibilities - Project Management/Construction Management (PMCM) - Risk Manager:
1- Leading risk management activities on mega projects for Riyadh Metro and developing risk management frameworks, polices and plans.
2- Owning deliverables that document safety and efficacy for project activities such as risk assessment, change management, and technical support.
3- Tracking all risk factors and assessing the impact of change upon project profile, and producing risk assessment and cost-benefit analysis.
4- Appropriately identifying, evaluating, managing and reporting risk on weekly and monthly basis and periodically evaluating risks and risks responses.
5- Reviewing and approving the quantitative risk analysis and qualitative risk analysis to devise management strategies to reduce risk and additionally participating in some handover activities of the project.

Key Responsibilities - Requirements Management Lead:
1- Entrusted with a fundamental part of the design process, performed multiple gate reviews, for 60% and 90% (Systems and Civils separately) and managed the processes for the 60% and 90% detailed design phases.
2- Strove to maintain technical perfection by attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and witnessing System Integration Tests (SITs) to evaluate the system's compliance with specified requirement.
3- Provided sound engineering judgment in reviewing the designs submitted by the Contractor to ensure that requirements are consistent and coherent across the whole project.
4- Developed strategies for problem solving and provided input to design solutions by closely monitoring the population of DOORS Database by the Contractor and delivered against business targets in a dynamic business environment.
5- Worked collaboratively with stakeholders’ to define the system requirement and provided holistic solutions in support of major projects and continuous improvement initiatives
6- Supported business teams and designed courses for Requirements Management to train Civil and Systems engineers on the subject.
Key Responsibilities - Configuration Management Lead:
1- Provided and maintained a robust configuration management system that allows easy access and controls to the information at the right level and time, whilst adhering to the strict standards.
2- Provided configuration management support to 60%, 90%, and 100% detailed design phases as well as testing and commissioning as well as operations and maintenance.
3- Offered Configuration Management expertise in maintaining and updating configuration control items.
4- Enforced the engineering focus on change management and configuration process to streamline controlled items and provided coaching to others in area of Configuration Management.

Systems Engineer/Project Engineer at Raytheon Systems Company

1- Created the strategy of Validation/Verification of systems and supported the development of new proposal to exclude gaps from the current system.
2- Elicited customer requirements and configured/modified the network to cross verify the requirements compliance with specifications during the proposal development.
3- Focused on every aspect of system lifecycle, from defining customer needs; documenting requirements, linking requirements to multiple products and their subsystems and breaking down of the requirements to develop subsystem description documents.
4- Performed quantitative and qualitative risk analyses for streamlining the process of requirement management
5- Improved the current requirement management process by researching similar products for benchmarking purposes to ensure reliable functioning in a Matrix Organization
6- Completed Raytheon Six-Sigma Specialist Training as part of Leadership Development Program
