• Heading Supply Chain department of Domino’s Pizza Pakistan. Looking after planning (supply and demand planning), procurement (local & import), projects (procurement activities for store construction along with all equipment and smallware sourcing; special projects such as localization, new vendor development, energy saving projects, NPD/EPD, etc.), dough production, logistics (inventory, warehousing, and dry/cold chain distribution) as per the compliance of Domino’s Pizza International
• Responsible for stores and commissary equipment procurement such as ovens, makelines, dough mixer, divider, rounder and R.O plant as per the project schedule. Ensure availability of major parts for maintenance purpose
• Ensure availability of all stock items including food and packaging material
• On-site supplier audits for compliance verification and new sourcing development
• Conduct monthly S&OP meeting with all functions for resource availability as per sales targets
• Responsible for creating and implementing processes and SOPS for the supply chain department
• Implementing standards set by DPI (Domino’s Pizza International)
• Manage activities related to procurement, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing and toll manufacturing
• Negotiation with vendors for prices, shipment schedules, and other local/import matters
• Manage Local, Import & Export of Raw Materials and Finished Goods
• Implementation of lean processes to support the cash flow activities
• Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
• Identify potential new suppliers and initiate supplier development programs
• Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining optimum stock levels
• Managing the company’s procurement and logistics portfolio in 7x airport stations all over Pakistan
• Lead the development and implementation of procurement policies and system strategies to support tendering contracts management, spend analytics and supplier performance management
• Tracking and deployment of KPIs like payment aging, PO/Order fulfilment and their cycle time, spend vs budget analysis, active contracts, vendor management, and supplier performance evaluation
• Develop excellent and effective collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and external providers and other agencies to ensure strategic and operational needs are fully understood and incorporated
• Routinely reviews the manuals and undertakes an internal audit of processes being implemented, makes recommendations for additional controls required to manage risk
• Perform sourcing of warehouse machinery and building structure for projects
• Conceptualization, elaboration, and implementation of procurement and contract strategy including tendering processes and evaluation, contractor appraisal, evaluation, and negotiation of offers, administration of the contract and the performance management of the contractors, legal considerations and payment conditions as well as risk assessment
• Leading all sort of sourcing related to medical equipment and medicine for all over Pakistan
• Management of procurement, imports, and logistics for sub-departments of the company while ensuring compliance with company’s policies & procedures
• Managing key sourcing and services contracts of the supply chain operations of the business
• Establishing and achieving departmental objectives, defining roles and responsibilities to all team members
• Carry out supplier selections, evaluations, and conduct supplier support visits periodically for the development of vendors, continuity of supply operations and to ensure compliance of various policies
• Participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization
