Responsible for planning, direction, execution and supervision of all activities at the site to fulfill the requirements of complete and extensive soil investigation program for the projects.
Responsible for preparing the required of the progressive work proposed and the final factual report for the projects.
In charge of all correspondence and required clarification for the projects.
Preparing of Soil Investigation Interpretive Reports, Evaluating field and Lab. Testing, Calculating the soil Bearing Capacity for the shallow foundations & for the Deep Foundations (Piles). Writing hundreds of soil investigation reports during the period of 22 years being a member of Geoconsult.
Coordinating with clients (Consultants / Contractors) and Government offices.
Arranging necessary resources (Human).
Implementing quality policy and quality system within the department.
Attending the management review weekly meetings, as and when it’s required.
Revising the contracts before submitting the quotations, to ensure the following:
The requirements are adequately defined and documented.
The company has the capability to meet the contract or order requirements.
Reviewing training needs and submit proposals and submit them for Management approval.
Plan & Organize functional training within the departments.
Provide Managing Director with adequate resources requirements for review and approval as appropriate.
Co-ordination with the principals for new and refinements of existing services

Study and evaluate the Geotechnical data of the proposed alignment of Express Ways No. (1&2) in Iraq (Jordan Borders - Kuwait Borders) & (Zakho - Baghdad)
My duties used to be at SORB Head Quarter, in charge of combined laboratory (Soil, Concrete and Asphalt), Evaluating soil investigation reports performed by private labs.
Preparing many design mixes for both cement, concrete and asphalted concrete (Wearing, binder and base courses).
In charge of earth compaction work (Field density and other quality control testing) and asphalted works for many roads in Iraq in general as well as in charge of earth compaction work for some times at Express Way No. (1), Baghdad - Hilla.
Participated in preparing some researches dealing with asphalted bituminous materials:
The use of Dust from dust collectors (cement factories) as filler in asphalted concrete.
The use of sulphur mixed with bitumen and sand (sand dune areas) in paving secondary roads.
Participating in research dealing with emulsifying the bitumen by adding some additives to use in cold rainy season.
