Throughout my career, I have been responsible for meeting with clients to identify their requirements and defining the scope of the project collaboratively. I am adept at developing project timelines and determining the necessary resources to complete the project successfully. I analyze clients' system specifications and identify the hardware, software, and network requirements to create agreed-upon solutions and prepare technical specifications

As an IT Support professional at Future Focus Infotech Private Limited, my primary responsibility was to provide technical assistance and support to our client, IBM. During my tenure, I was involved in diagnosing and troubleshooting a range of hardware and software issues faced by IBM's end-users.

I worked closely with IBM's internal IT teams to ensure that all issues were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. I also collaborated with my colleagues at Future Focus Infotech to escalate and resolve complex issues that required a higher level of technical expertise.
