________________________________________________________________________________ Currently working at the company yard duties include:  Repair and maintenance of company's laptop, desktops, accessories etc.  Setting up, repair and maintenance of company's CCTV cameras etc  Administration and Maintenance of company's I.T Services at the Help Desk through Information Technology Infrastructure Library (I.T.I.L) and ticketing in order to enhance and align different I.T services according to company's needs on departments operations.  Further assistance to Accounts department through DynamicsNAV System to manage its operations e.g; I. Day to day Company sales. II. Invoicing and Customer payments III. Follow-up customer invoices payments IV. Checking on sales margins and purchases etc V. Management of stock etc  Use of Power BI to analyze and share Company data across the various departments within the structure.  Any other work assigned by the Site Manager.
